The drive from Turrialba into the Orosi Valley will take us through some of Costa Rica's most picturesque coffee-growing country side. This river offer a nice crystal clear water with beautiful scenery. You will enjoy the panoramic views of the coffee plantations covering the Orosi Valley. This section is a nonstop whitewater romp with impressive rapids that aren't too technically demanding. The Lower section of the Orosi River is a short run but it is a very fun kayaking trip. We will do this section twice and we will enjoy a delicious river lunch during our first descent.
