What is the cancellation policy for our one day adventure tours?
Clients who have made a deposit or paid for their one day trip and need to cancel because an emergency or personal reason, Costa Rica Adventures will refund:
- 60-90 + Days prior to trip start 85%
- 30-60 Days prior to trip start 70%
- 15-30 Days prior to trip start 60%
- 1-15 Days prior to trip start 50%
- <24 hours prior to trip start- 20%
- If not show, you lose your deposit, which is 50% of the total amount

- <24 hours prior to trip start- 20%
- If you do not show, you lose your deposit, which is 50% of the total amount
*Costa Rica Adventures is not responsible for additional bank fees that might occur for Costa Rican transactions, such as currency conversions, when using your credit/debit card out of your native country.
*Costa Rica Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities and locations due to changes in weather, water levels, and safety conditions.
