What is the cancellation policy for our one day adventure tours?
Clients who have made a deposit or paid for their one day trip and need to cancel because an emergency or personal reason, Costa Rica Adventures will refund:
- 60-90 + Days prior to trip start 100%
- 30-60 Days prior to trip start 90%
- 15-30 Days prior to trip start 80%
- 1-15 Days prior to trip start 50%
- <24 hours prior to trip start- 20%
- If not show, you lose your deposit, which is 50% of the total amount
