We will see lots of local birds, butterflies and local Costa Rican life along the way. The Pacuare River is one of the top five most beautiful rivers around the world in the National Geographic magazine. This section starts with nice, calm class II/III warm whitewater rapids and gets a little more difficult as we continue down this rainforest river. The rapids are very fun and exciting. There are nice play spots along the way and there are two class IV rapids. Lunch is prepared, riverside, by your guides.
